A dozen and a half families were left without their homes after a fire tore through their apartment complex Sunday afternoon in South Blooming Grove.
Officials say crews received the call of flames breaking out at the Rolling Hills Condominium Complex on Tanager Road after 3 p.m.
They say the flames quickly spread to two other buildings.
Firefighters from at least six area departments braved the frigid temperatures and got the fire under control within 45 minutes.
Fire officials say every displaced family found a place to stay.
A cause of the fire was not immediately known as of Sunday night.
