A man has been arrested after police said he broke into a Spring Valley apartment on North Main Street and barricaded himself inside Tuesday night.
Police say Shawn Alexander Laury faces burglary and criminal mischief charges. The incident occurred when he allegedly broke into an apartment at 94 North Main Street, then barricaded himself inside.
The Rockland County REACT (Rescue, Entry, and Counter Terrorism) team was activated and successfully took Laury into custody.
