Inside Damali Wood's fourth floor apartment, cracks cut across the bathroom ceiling and water bubbles form along the light fixture.
Woods said she's filed multiple 311 complaints but claims the super at 2115 Mohegan Ave. is unresponsive.
Her recent complaint ticket was filed on March 20 before it was closed.
"Nobody's doing anything," she said.
According to The NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the West Farms building has 238 violations.
More than 100 violations fall under a "Class B" certification, which can include mold, rodents, and broken plaster.
The issues are considered a threat to a tenant's health and safety and are required to be fixed in 30 days.
Woods lives with her brother, Shawn Williams. He said the leaks have been an ongoing issue for more than three years.
"It starts out with little brown stains…and then it's just raining after that. Pieces of rock and sheetrock are falling down," he said.
The damages in the apartment extend to the kitchen that sometimes runs dirty water, unfixed holes inside a bedroom, and doors being held up with tape.
A neighbor, who asked News 12 to remain anonymous, showed several text messages he sent to the super that have gone unanswered since last year.
News 12 spoke with the super named Tony on the phone. He said the issue in Woods apartment is a result of a boiler leaking into the pipes.
He said a contractor has been called to fix it, but he could not provide an exact timeline for repairs.
Meanwhile, HPD sent a letter to Woods confirming that any roaches and mice problems should be resolved by April 20.
