A married couple in Westchester is facing fraud charges for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from the state.

Estrado and Eleanor Willis own Mangoville Meat and Grocery in Mt. Vernon.

The Westchester District Attorney says they filed fraudulent tax returns over the past seven years.

They reportedly owe New York State about $76,000.

The couple was arraigned in city court and released.
