White Plains police are searching for a suspect following an assault at a business Thursday morning.
It happened at Cantina Taco and Tequila Bar on Mamaroneck Avenue around 10 a.m.
Authorities say an individual entered the establishment before it opened. When an employee asked the person to leave, the individual refused and became violent, assaulting the employee.
The worker sustained minor injuries but did not go to the hospital.
According to police, it's unclear how the suspect entered the restaurant.
Police are looking for the person responsible.
