A horse in Dutchess County is recovering after getting stuck inside a trailer.
The incident happened near Buttonwood Farm in Rhinebeck on Monday.
The fire department said the horse jumped over a chest bar and got tangled in the divider system.
The animal had to be sedated and specialized rescue equipment was used to free it.
The horse is expected to be OK.
