STORM WATCH: On-and-off heavy showers overnight and into Tuesday
Rain will oscillate between little to no rain and pockets of downpours for the overnight and morning commute.

On-and-off showers could consist of pockets of downpours as we head into the overnight and early Tuesday. Bring the umbrella for your Tuesday morning commute. There will still be moments where it is dry, followed by moments of moderate rain.
There has been quite a bit of rain in a short period of time, which can lead to flash flooding. On top of that, the ground is very dry and won't be very absorbent-- which leads to run off and additional flooding concerns. As a reminder: Never drive through flooded roadways! Always turn around and find a safer route.
Some areas could see showers continuing into the evening, though we should largely dry out by dinnertime.
