A 25-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the chest on Wednesday night, according to the Southington Police Department.

Police say Cadillac Ranch hosted its weekly Bike Night event on Wednesday for motorcycle enthusiasts and clubs. Around 7 p.m., a fight broke out in the parking lot.

Officers say a 44-year-old man was assaulted by four individuals during the incident but is expected to be OK.

Police say the following suspects were arrested and charged with assault:

• James McDermott, 52, of Waterbury

• Gerard McAfee, 54, of Branford 

• Philip Gugliotti, 55, of Waterbury

• Harley Woodbury, 31, of Terryville

Officers did not specify if a suspect has been identified in connection with the shooting of the 25-year-old victim. Police recovered a gun at the scene.

They say four additional suspects were arrested for interfering with an officer. They include:

• Kevin Lawlor, 48, of Derby 

• William Schneiter, 60, of Baltic

• Marc Debenigno, 49, of Waterbury

• Zarif Ramadanov, 46, of Bethany

The two victims are still in the hospital and are expected to survive.
