A man accused of secretly recording people inside a New Rochelle athletic club appeared in court Thursday.
Authorities say 33-year-old Ryan Mack planted a hidden camera inside a restroom and changing room at the New York Athletic Club.
Police allege Mack recorded 20 people, including six children.
Investigators say Mack was later located and arrested in Kansas.
Mack is charged with unlawful surveillance.
He is scheduled to return to court next month.
