A storm-related power outage has forced Yonkers Middle High School to close Monday.

Yonkers Public Schools announced on Facebook that the school will be closed because of a power outage tied to the impacts of this weekend's storm.

The closure comes as some utility customers in Westchester continue to deal with service disruptions following the storm.

Con Edison reported that more than two dozen customers across Westchester remained without power Monday morning. No timeline has been provided for when service will be restored.
