The U.S. Attorney's Office says 33-year-old Eric Quinones was shot and killed in the parking lot outside his home in 2023. Prosecutors allege the shooting happened during a robbery.
Authorities charged 29-year-old Jaquey Wilks and 35-year-old Tyrone Stewart, both of Nyack, with murder and other offenses in connection with the killing.
A third man, 33-year-old Leroy Simpson of Pomona, was charged in connection with the drug transaction that preceded the shooting.
Wilks and Stewart each face life in prison or the death penalty if convicted.
