When children across New York dress up as monsters, superheroes and princesses in search of Halloween treats, they usually take whatever candy ends up in their bags.

But if New Yorkers had their choice, one candy would stand above the rest.

According to a DoorDash survey, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups topped the national rankings for the third consecutive year.

In New York, however, Kinder Bueno claimed the top spot. Rhode Island was the only other state to rank the chocolate bar as its favorite Halloween candy.

Despite its popularity in New York, Kinder Bueno did not make the national top 10 list.
