WHAT TO KNOW
Friday saw some much-needed rain across the area before a very fall-like weekend arrived.
Saturday started in some clouds with a crisp, cool breeze, but the sun broke and temperatures got into the upper 50s.

OVERNIGHT
Temperatures will drop into the upper 30s to mid-40s, with isolated low-level moisture keeping a slight chance of a localized brief shower or cloudiness overnight before clearing out toward daybreak.

The better half of the weekend arrives on Sunday.
Dry weather, a mix of sun and clouds, and comfortable fall temperatures will make for excellent conditions across the Hudson Valley. Lower humidity levels will add to the pleasant feel, providing a great opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities.
Overall, the weather pattern is becoming much quieter, with calmer and more seasonable conditions settling before the next chance of rain arrives on Thursday
