Three people were arrested in Westchester County following a police operation targeting illegal sales of alcohol and vaping products to minors.

Greenburgh police said they sent undercover minors to several retail locations last week to attempt purchases of alcoholic beverages and vaping products.

Police arrested three people at White Plains Smoke and Cigar, Dobbs Ferry Convenience, and Four‑J Wine and Liquor.

All three suspects were issued appearance tickets.

Police said workers at 12 other stores properly refused to sell alcohol or vaping products to the minors.

Officials said the operation was aimed at enforcing age‑restriction laws and keeping restricted products out of the hands of minors.
