A federal lawsuit has been filed against the Village of Piermont after the father of a 17-year-old boy claims his son was sexually abused by three volunteer firefighters.
According to the lawsuit, three firefighters exposed themselves to the boy and forced the victim to touch their genitals. The firemen have been identified as Michael Bettman, Danny Goswick, Jr. and Sam Kropp.
The trio has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
