News 12 has learned the FBI was back at the home Brian Laundrie shared with his parents in Florida.
The FBI requested some personal items belonging to Laundrie this weekend to match DNA.
Meanwhile, a $30,000 reward is being offered for information on his whereabouts.
Laundrie's parents told police he was missing since Sept. 14, a few days before girlfriend Gabby Petito’s body was found in Wyoming.
An attorney for Brian Laundrie tells News 12 that his parents are concerned and hope the FBI locates him. He says the perception by some that they helped Brian leave the home is "just wrong."
Police have been searching for Laundrie in Florida's Carlton Reserve outside of North Port.
On Long Island, a memorial was held Sunday for Petito. Thousands came to honor the Blue Point native and pay their respects.
Gabby's father, Joseph Petito, asked mourners not to be sad — but to be inspired by his daughter's loving heart and zest for life.
Petito's family has started a foundation in her name.
