4 arrested, accused of selling tobacco, vapes to minors in Rockland County

Four employees from four different stores in Pomona and Haverstraw were arrested and charged with selling tobacco and vaping products to underage customers.
The Rockland County Sheriff's Office says it investigated 11 stores in the area, resulting in the arrests. Officials did not release the names of the employees or the businesses involved.
Seven other stores were found to be in compliance with the law.
