A Newburgh 13-year-old is accused of stabbing 4 other teenagers on Wednesday, one of whom died from his injuries.
Newburgh police responded to St. Luke's Hospital at around 4 p.m. for a report of two males, ages 17 and 12, with stab wounds.
While police were interviewing those victims, a 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old female also arrived at the ER with stab wounds.
The 17-year-old, identified as Levy King Flores, of Newburgh, was stabilized before being transported to Westchester Medical Center. He died from his injuries before arriving.
After their initial investigation, police later arrested a 13-year old in connection with the murder. They have charged him with second-degree murder.
