Authorities are currently searching for whoever is broke into a deli in the village of Ardsley overnight and took cash and lotto tickets.

The incident occurred at Ardsley Market Fresh and Deli on Saw Mill River Road around 3 a.m.

Law enforcement officials say that the perpetrator(s) forcibly entered the premises by smashing a window.

Subsequently, they made off with approximately $4,000 in cash and lottery tickets.

The police were notified when a caller reported hearing glass shattering.

No arrests have been made yet.
