Police are looking for suspects after a man was fatally shot in the head in Highbridge. 
According to investigators, 51-year-old William Sands was found on the second-floor landing of 64 West 165th St. at around 10 p.m. Thursday. 
He was unconscious when first responders arrived, and pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital. 
Officials say he lived at 61 West 165th St., just steps away from where he was killed. 
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
