Police say Charles Faircloth, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested after a search warrant was executed in his apartment in the Pendell Commons complex.
Police say they found narcotics and thousands in cash were seized.
Faircloth is now facing a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
