Participants and supporters were dressed in their holiday best and ready to exercise for a cause at the ninth annual Holiday Hustle 5K Reindeer Run in Dobbs Ferry Sunday morning.
The event was hosted by the Dobbs Ferry Youth Services Council.
The proceeds raised from the event will help benefit the annual holiday gift drive sponsored by the council.
The first year, there were only 97 runners. This year, over 800 runners were expected to participate.
Participants range from ages 5 to 85 years old.
This holiday season, the council also planned a toy run, a coach ride and holiday dinners for families in need.
