Alert Center: Ellenville man charged with hate crime after spray-painting tombstones

Ulster County police arrested Ellenville resident Joseph Pilgrene on Monday for allegedly spray-painting swastikas and other markings on tombstones and a vault at Fantinekill Cemetery.
