The Bronx schools that call Macombs Dam Park home no longer have a home field to play on due to the new Yankee Stadium construction.
The All Hallows High School soccer team coach says since the construction, his players have to practice in an area that is a quarter of the size of a regular field. The soccer players say they are more upset that they won?t have a home field advantage during games this season.
The All Hallows coach says he will have a better idea of any disadvantages once the team plays its first game. Meanwhile, the community group ?Save Our Parks? has filed a federal lawsuit to get interim parks built during the stadium construction.
