A Yonkers man has died after crashing his all-terrain vehicle Saturday night. Police say 31-year-old Anthony Lopez flipped his ATV at the corner of West 259th Street and Broadway in Riverdale.

A Yonkers man has died after crashing his all-terrain vehicle Saturday night.
Police say 31-year-old Anthony Lopez flipped his ATV at the corner of West 259th Street and Broadway in Riverdale.
Police say he tried to pass a Ford Explorer on the left side of the street, but wound up crashing.
Police say the SUV driver, who stayed at the scene, will not face any charges.
