A suspect facing charges in connection with a bank robbery in Ardsley last week has now been charged with a home invasion in Hastings last month.
Brandon Scerri, 29, of no fixed address, is facing charges including robbery and burglary.
Hastings police say during the robbery at a residence on Broadway on Oct. 26, a handgun was displayed. The victims were tied up, and the suspect fled with approximately $850 in cash and assorted jewelry. Some of the proceeds have been recovered.
Last Thursday, police say Scerri and a second person robbed the Chase Bank branch on Saw Mill River Road of an undetermined amount of money. They were arrested a short time later at the Ardsley-on-Hudson train station.
