The suspect in a deadly stabbing at a high school
football game in Dutchess County is set to face a judge in a matter of days.
Arlington high school
junior, 16-year-old Quraan Smith,  was stabbed and killed during a fight
after a home football game last Friday.
Nestor Ortiz-Ocampo, 18, of Poughkeepsie, is now facing a
first-degree manslaughter charge.
He is scheduled to be back
in Lagrange town court Thursday afternoon. 
Authorities are still
working to determine what led up to the incident.
