An arrest has been made in the deadly hit-and-run of a beloved member of the Haverstraw community.
Daniel Deserio, 77, was hit by a car on Thiells-Mount Ivy Road on Jan. 26.
Police say a 25-year-old Pomona woman is now charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.
Police have yet to release her name.
