The attorney for the Pace University student who was shot and killed by police nearly two weeks ago says a fourth bullet hole will offer new clues as to what happened that night.

Danroy Henry, 20, was killed in an encounter with police outside of a Thornwood bar. At a press conference in Boston last week, Orange County attorney Michael Sussman says an additional bullet hole supports the premise that the officer who shot at Henry put himself in harm's way.

Police say Henry knocked an officer onto the hood of his car and kept going. That officer fired three bullets through the windshield, but Sussman says a fourth bullet hole in the car's hood shows the officer was on the side of the car.

Sussman also says he plans to find out who is responsible for leaking information about his client's blood-alcohol level at the time of his death.

According to Sussman, the leak only brings more attention to the fact that critical gunpowder evidence was missing from Henry's vehicle before experts could analyze it. He has not said how he thinks the evidence disappeared.
