Two people from Yonkers have been arrested in connection with the theft of used cooking oil from a Ulster County restaurant, according to authorities.

Two people from Yonkers have been arrested in connection with the theft of used cooking oil from a Ulster County restaurant, according to authorities.
The Ulster County Sheriff's Office says Elmin Sanchez-Trochez, 33, and Paola Torres-Jimenez, 37, stole the oil from a restaurant in the town of Esopus.
Both Sanchez-Trochez and Torres-Jimenez have been charged with the misdemeanor of petit larceny.
They were later released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Esopus Justice Court for a future date and time.
