Authorities say a second person has been arrested in connection to a chop shop discovered at a Fairfield business.
Virelsa Guzman, of Yonkers, is accused of running the illegal business and stealing a car.
The stolen and dissembled vehicles were discovered last month at Veracity Stone Fabricators on Daniel Road East.
Police already announced the arrest of Edison Cuevas, also from Yonkers. Both suspects are being held at the Essex County Jail pending court appearances.
