A Dutchess County man accused of being a drug dealer now faces felonies for guns and drug possession.
Authorities say Friday marked the second time in three weeks during which Jaylen Shaw was caught with an illegal handgun and crack cocaine.
Detectives say they made the same discovery while they searched his home in Pendell Commons back in April.
Shaw was charged and released.
When authorities got wind Shaw was back on the streets selling drugs, they performed another home search.
Shaw was charged again with three felonies and was in Dutchess County Jail as of Friday night on a $100,000 cash bail.
