3h agoThe Ulster County Sheriff's Office said a son is under arrest and charged with the murder of his father.
According to the office, 28-year-old John J. Arceri, of Kingston, was arrested after a violent domestic incident with his father in Town of Rosendale.
On Feb. 10, just before 2 p.m., police responded to a report of an unresponsive man at a home on Springtown Road in Tillson.
When officers arrived, they found 51-year-old Ram D. Arceri. Deputies gave him CPR at the scene, then took him to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Sherriff's deputies found John J. Arceri walking on Route 32 and arrested him.
He faces a murder charge and was remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail.
