2h agoA longtime member of the Bedford Hills Fire Department has died.
Mark Rutherford, 65, died Saturday at his home in Bedford Hills.
Rutherford served the department for almost 50 years and rose to assistant chief in 2000.
He also worked for the Bedford Highway Department as a foreman until his retirement in 2020.
Services are happening Saturday at Clark Associated Funeral Home in Katonah.
