Black History Month: Haverstraw to honor two lifelong residents

The town of Haverstraw honoring two lifelong residents today in celebration of Black History Month.
Jacqueline Foy and Beatrice Warren are being recognized for their years of work in the local community.
The two both belong to the Nyack NAACP, have been instrumental in developing the Multicultural Festival, and are active in their churches.
They'll be honored at meeting of the town board at 7 p.m.
