A Bloomingburg man is facing charges in the sexual assault of a 13-year-old.
State
police say they were called to a home in Bloomingburg over the weekend.
Responding officers spoke with Christopher Call-Ross, 29, at the home
before learning that the alleged victim “was still in the residence and
locked themselves in a bedroom.”
Call-Ross was taken into custody and charged with second-degree rape, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse.
State
police say Call-Ross was arraigned in the Town of Mamakating Court and
remanded to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $75,000 cash, $150,000
insurance bond or $300,000 partially secured bond.
