The Putnam County Sheriff's Office is introducing the 'Blue Envelope Program' to help drivers of all abilities in the Hudson Valley.
The program encourages drivers with autism to use a blue envelope to store important documents such as their license, registration, and insurance card.
This initiative aims to inform officers about the driver's needs and provide them with the necessary information to offer appropriate assistance.
