A new school will be opening up in the Bronx just in time for the new school year.The Cornerstone Academy for Social Action is set to open in September at the Rosa Parks Educational Complex. Initially, it will be for kids in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade and hold between 500 and 550 students.The school's principal says the main focus will be social action, but will also have the basics, such as a science lab and an art room. There will be a 10,000-book library, 75 laptops and an outdoor amphitheater.Those interested enrolling in the school have until October 31.
