with sexually abusing a minor.
The Ulster Sheriff's Office
tells News12 that Douglas Whitaker, 68, was caught carrying on an inappropriate
relationship with a child under the age of 17 since last spring.
They say he met the child on an online dating app.
Whitaker faces several
charges, and has also been ordered to stay away from the victim.
