Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Alex Calamia says the end of the week will feature dangerous wind chills and subzero temperatures.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy, chance for a few snow showers between midnight and 6 a.m. Little to no accumulation expected. Lows around 24.
Wednesday: Becoming sunny with highs around 36. Lows around 24.
Thursday: Groundhog Day – Partly sunny, milder in the afternoon. Highs around 39. Lows around 23.
Friday: Bitter blast – Sunny, windy and bitter cold through the morning. Wind chills may be as low as -20 in spots Friday evening into Saturday. Frostbite possible in 30 minutes at that level. Highs in the 20s, lows near 0.
Saturday: Bitter blast – sunny but bitter cold. Highs around 16, but wind chills subzero. Milder overnight.
