A man is under arrest after tenants in a Bronx building fought back against suspected burglars.

Tenants at 1313 Beach Ave. say two armed men got into their apartment building around 11 p.m. Wednesday. Tenants got into a scuffle with the men, eventually forcing them both out of the building. Authorities say one got away, but another was captured near 1319 Beach Ave.Police say Kyle Thomas faces one count of criminal possession of marijuana and two counts each of burglary and assault.

A resident says he believes the men were at the building the week before pretending to work for Cablevision, the parent company of News 12 The Bronx.
