A Hunts Point food factory's commitment to just bagels has made its business a citywide success.

Cliff Nordquist is one of three owners of Just Bagels. Nordquist got into the business after a short stint selling copy machines. He says he's glad he switched careers. Just Bagels is the largest factory of its kind in New York City. It has about 100 distributors and provides goods to national companies like Starbucks.

Nordquist says while his ingredients are secret, his recipe for success is clear: make quality products, even if they're mass produced.
