A business was destroyed in a fire in Orange County.

The fire broke out at N.Y. Hometown Deli on South Plank Road in Newburgh on Monday morning.

Fire officials say heavy smoke was billowing out of the roof of the building when they arrived.

News 12 has been told the flames were knocked down quickly.

According to fire officials, the business owner was hurt. There's no word on the extent of injuries.
