Millwood firefighters had a busy weekend, responding to numerous incidents including a car fire, an accident and a house fire.

The car fire occurred on Route 100 near Random Farms Drive on Saturday. All occupants inside the vehicle safely exited.

While crews battled the fire, a call came in about an accident on Seven Bridges Road. Crews initiated patient care prior to the arrival of Chappaqua Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

At 6 a.m. on Sunday, firefighters were called to a house fire in Elmsford. Crews were able to extinguish the fire within two hours.
