A Canadian man is facing charges in connection with a 2020 crash that killed three people on I-87 in the town of Ulster.
Luc LeBlanc was allegedly driving a tractor-trailer erratically when he crashed, killing a 47-year-old mother, a 14-year-old, and a 10-year-old, according to the district attorney.
LeBlanc was arrested by Canadian authorities in 2023 and extradited to the U.S.
He was arraigned last week in Ulster County Court.
LeBlanc is charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
