A car landed on the Metro-North train tracks in Pleasantville Thursday afternoon.
Officials say a person in the Metro-North Pleasantville station parking lot above the tracks, drove through a fence and landed on the tracks.
Police say there were two people in the vehicle, and they were quickly removed and taken to Westchester Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Both are in stable condition, according to officials.
When the vehicle landed on the tracks, it damaged a section of the third rail on Track 2.
The vehicle was removed from the tracks and MTA crews finished repairs.
The MTA says the Harlem Line is now operating on or close to schedule.
