Poughkeepsie councilman faces felony charges following alleged domestic incident
Christopher Grant, who represents the city's 6th Ward, was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful imprisonment, according to the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office.
