Harvest season in the Hudson Valley is a great time to celebrate gourds of all shapes, sizes...and creations, at the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze in Croton-on-Hudson.
The local fall staple is celebrating 20 years of showcasing dazzling designs and displays using thousands of hand-carved pumpkins.
Through Nov. 17, visitors can stroll through the roughly half-mile trail and immerse into another world at the historic Van Cortlandt Manor.
A few new features this year include the Gourd & Goblet Tavern, an 18th-century brick tavern speakeasy at the midway point of the Blaze path.
The new VIP experience gives visitors the chance to enjoy exclusive cocktails and treats, tavern games and more.
Visitors can also keep their eyes out for new displays, like the giant Kraken rising from the Croton River.
All ages have the opportunity to experience creative seasonal art on full display on this "Road Trip: Close to Home."
