Cesar Fanas, of Brooklyn, found in Bronx park after going missing

A 74-year-old man from Brooklyn who had been missing since Tuesday was found Thursday afternoon at a Bronx park. Cesar Fanas was found at Rainey Park, about a half-mile from where he was last seen
