A new round of financial help is coming to Hudson Valley businesses hit hard by the pandemic.      
Gov. Kathy Hochul has announced changes to the Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program.
Under the new rules, businesses with revenues up to $2.5 million can apply for grants of $50,000.
Previously, only businesses with revenues under $500,000 were eligible.
